Fanar AlKhaleej has supported ambitious young youth by establishing Akoon ao La Akoon Team to spread the Freelancing culture . It focuses on building capacities of this group in four areas: marketing and business development, public relations, coaching and consulting. The team lasted for two years, began with 12 members until it reached 60 members who engaged in various events and exhibitions and by practicing activities to enhance their skills in the target areas.
